Hi! My name is Bianca Flores, the creator behind Hello Bella. I am a Latina artist based in California — the Bay Area to be specific.
Hello Bella comes from my heritage — 'Bella' means beautiful in Spanish, which is exactly how I want you to feel in my pieces. I create whimsical and fun beaded jewelry made to bring a pop of joy to your everyday look.
Hello Bella is all about confidence, creativity, and good vibes.
Kathy Boyd
Wheel-Thrown Porcelain Pottery

Kathy has been working with clay for 30 years. She began as a sculptor, but in recent years made the shift to throwing on the wheel — a change that's been kinder to her hands and deeply fulfilling in ways she didn't expect.
There's something about the wheel that's grounding for Kathy. It quiets the noise and keeps her centered. She's also fallen in love with glaze work, layering three to seven different glazes on each piece to achieve finishes that are as unique as the forms themselves.
She works exclusively in porcelain — the softest, squishiest clay she can find — throwing each pot, cup, or bowl by hand, trimming it once dry, then taking it through two kiln firings. After the final firing she sands each bottom smooth before it makes its way to the shop.

I grew up in a family where food was one of the ways we showed love. My mom and aunts filled the kitchen with homemade meals, bringing family and friends together around the table. Those memories inspired my love for cooking and creating something special for others.
As a local vendor, I'm grateful for the opportunity to share that love with the community — one homemade treat at a time. Everything I make is crafted with care, quality ingredients, and a genuine joy for sharing something delicious.

I started making candles for fun a couple years ago. People loved them so much, they started asking for their own and actually bought them. I began doing pop up events and everything was going great — until life took a hard turn.
My sister, who was my biggest motivator, passed away. I lost my spark for a while. It took me months to get back to what I love, but I did.
Now, every candle I make is more than just a product — it's a piece of me, a way to heal, and a form of comfort.

We're changing how we rent space — and it's a good thing!
We're moving to a vertical section model — vendors will rent a full column of shelves (top to bottom) before expanding horizontally. This gives every vendor their own defined territory and more room to showcase their products. New tiered pricing by shelf level will also take effect. Current vendors will receive a personal email with all the details and a form to share their space preferences before assignments are made.

The Maker's Nook is a vendor-based retail space. Makers rent space month-to-month in vertical sections, and we handle checkout and sales reporting.

💡 Bundle deal: Rent all 5 shelves in a vertical section for just $60/linear ft (save $15/ft vs. individual pricing).
How it works: Wall shelves are rented as full vertical columns (all 5 shelves) before expanding horizontally. Center floor displays, hanging racks, and wall space above shelving can be rented independently.
Note: Workshops and maker events are planned for the future; details will be announced once scheduled.
